RECare: Members Helping Members

Franklin REC’s RECare program helps local families in need pay for winter heating bills and provides assistance during special hardships, such as medical crises, recent job loss, or households with young children or elderly members.

You can make a difference by contributing to RECare through a one-time donation or a monthly amount added to your electric bill. Your support helps ensure that co-op families in our community receive the assistance they need.
