Franklin REC Business-Only Meeting Set for Tuesday, April 21
The 2026 Annual Meeting of the Members of Franklin Rural Electric Cooperative will be held at Franklin Rural Electric Cooperative Headquarters, in Hampton, Iowa, at 11:00 a.m., on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, to take action upon the following matters:
1. The reports of officers, directors, and committees;
2. The election of one director for a term of three years;
3. All other business which may legally come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
In connection with the election of one director scheduled for this meeting, the following member has been nominated for Director by the Committee on Nominations appointed by the Board of Directors of the Cooperative pursuant to the Bylaws.

You are welcome to attend the meeting, hear the reports of the officers, cast your vote for directors, and transact such other business as may come before the meeting.

Official Voting Ballots have been mailed and will be arriving to your mailbox the week of March 23, 2026.
Participate in this year's annual meeting by casting your vote for your board of directors. Return your ballot in your 'Official Ballot' envelope and receive a one-time $10 bill credit. Plus be entered into a chance to receive a $100 gift card from a random drawing of voters.

Mail-in: Place your completed ballot into the enclosed envelope marked 'Official Ballot' and mail to Franklin REC. Mail-in ballots must be received by Franklin REC office by Monday, April 20, 2026. Ballots must be postmarked no later than Saturday, April 18, 2026.
Drop-off at Franklin REC's Office: Place your completed ballot into the enclosed envelope marked 'Official Ballot' and deliver to Franklin REC office by Monday, April 20, 2026. Ballots may be dropped off in the office during business hours or any time using the 24/7 drop box located to the left of the main entry doors.
